The Silly Little Graphic Design Handbook
"A silly little guide to the graphic design program at MSU Bozeman" serves as a streamlined resource for students entering the design program to navigate their class schedule. This idea came up as a solution to an otherwise confusing and frustrating process for entering students. It was created as a class project for GDSN 499 Senior Portfolio.
The Contents
I curated and laid out the contents of the book with feedback from other senior design students to create the most logical process for new students or those who may need a little extra guidance.
The Design
The physical structure of the book as an accordion zine is intended to bring an extra touch of whimsy and creativity. The bright colors are risograph printed to ensure that students don't loose their book, and because they are fun! I enjoy adding a tactile nature to something that is otherwise only accessed online.
